Here is a starter's list of the forms that you will need for a Fiancée Visa

these can all be ordered directly from the INS for free, you can order them or ( better yet ) download them from the INS websitehttp://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ or you can call tolll-free to 1-800-870-3676. It usually takes about 2 weeks to get them when you order from the website. By the way, if you want to call the national INS number at Washington for any information, such as how long petitions are taking out of your service center, that number is: 202-663-1225, and you CAN get a real person on this line to talk to if you are willing to wait a bit, however the reliability of the information is oftentimes questionable and I do NOT recommend taking action on information that they provide on his hotline until you have confirmed the advice with someone else who is knowledgeable in the fiance visa process.

  • I-129F:this is the official petition form, the American submitting the petition fills this out and signs it.
  • G-325A: this is the biographical information form, the American and the foreign fiance each fill out one of these and each signs his/her own form.
  • I-134:this is the affidavit of support, the petitioning American fills out this form. See the affidavit help pages.

Go here for all of the support documentation you will need to send INS. http://k1.exit.com/k-1frames.html
